The Center for Community Investment (CCI) at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy works to ensure all communities, especially those that have suffered from structural racism and policies that have left them economically and socially isolated, can unlock the capital they need to thrive. To celebrate their five year anniversary MAD designed a publication showing their immense scope of work and highlighting their achievements. We used real-world imagery, elegant typography, and accessible illustration to bring CCI’s story to life.
